Eligibility
Applicants must meet 3 of the following :

(1) Bachelor's degree& more than 10 years of relevant work experience, Master's degree& more than 5 years of relevant work experience, Doctor's degree preferred and must exceptional ability in their filed

(3) High salary or remuneration (compared to others in the field, over approximately USD 140,000);
(4) Membership in at least 2 professional associations;
(5) Awards in professional fields;
(6) Personal interviews or material by major media
7)Experience as the judge or review for the periodical, competition judges, or conference speakers;
(8) Original contributions (patents, industry standards, research projects) .
(9) Published at least 5 scholarly articles in nationally academic journals.
(10) Performance of the important role in companies or organizations.
Application Process for the EB-2 NIW Visa
Prepare Evidence & Documentation:
- Academic degrees, professional awards, publications, media coverage, recommendation letters, and other supporting documents.
File Form I-140 (Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker): Submit the petition to USCIS with all supporting evidence.
Premium Processing (Optional): If eligible, opt for expedited processing for a quicker decision (Approved within 45 Business days).
Adjustment of Status or Consular Processing: If in the U.S., file Form I-485 for a green card.
