Refunds

All refunds will be processed only through the Original Mode of Payment and are subject to the following conditions, in addition to the Client Facilitator Agreement and Het dynamic Refund and Cancellation Policies:

(a) The Client agrees that, once the Personal Application has been submitted to the Government Authority, the Het dynamic Fees, including fees and charges (if applicable), will not be refundable and will be retained by Het dynamic, whether or not the Personal Application is successful;

(b) If, however the Personal Application is finally rejected due to willful default, bad faith, or gross negligence on the part of Het dynamic, Het dynamic shall refund to the Client the  Fees that were received by Het dynamic ( this might vary depending on the services rendered).

( c) The Client is not entitled to any refund in case of the Client's voluntary withdrawal or refusal to provide documents or attend an immigration interview if required by the embassy or consulate at any stage of the application's.

(d)  In the case for a work permit application, our duty is to secure a job offer and work permit approval, however if a client’s visa application is denied for any of these reasons: non-disclosure of material facts (including previous visa refusals, travel history, family composition, etc.), fraud, medical or criminal inadmissibility, and insufficient settlement funds, or in ability to proof strong family ties as issued by the Embassy or High Commission of a chosen country, Hetdynamic will then retain all the Fees paid by the client. 

All refunds are subject to regulatory restrictions, which may delay or prevent Het dynamic from paying the same, and Het Dynamic may be required to request additional due diligence information  or an appeal before a refund could be executed.

NOTE: Het dynamic Ltd does not issue visa, visas are only issued by the embassy or consulate of a particular country.
